When do I get the credit for my return of goods?

After we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation from us by email. At this point, the system automatically creates a credit for the invoice amount. It can take up to 10 days for the amount to appear in your account or credit card account. We ask for your understanding. Unfortunately, we cannot speed up this process.
